The house is located on a fantastic location, secluded in the vineyard and olive trees for those who love and enjoy nature, and is also located just 200 meters from the most famous Croatian beach and the symbol of the Adriatic for those who enjoy in water sports activities.
The accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Bol, summer holidays for smaller group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Description
The house has a surface of 40m2 and a terrace of 25m2. It consists of two bedrooms with two bunk beds on the upper floor, a living room with a with a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine. An integral part of the cottage is also a large covered terrace with marvelous view of the sea, Terrace is equipped with a wooden table and benches. Here you can enjoy a completely natural environment and privacy when you are drinking your first morning coffee or hang out with your loved ones.
The house is air-conditioned so you will not even have to worry about the hot summer days, and what's more, there is a TV and free Wi-Fi.

Guests have on use barbecue facilities, an outdoor solar shower, two deck chairs and use of the bicycle free of charge. Next to the house there is one extra space - an auxiliary facility with its own bathroom which can be used if needed.
Close to the house there are tennis courts, surf and diving clubs, ideal activities for active holidays for families with children or bigger ones.
The nearest restaurant is at 200 m and a grocery store at 750 meters. The center of Bol is at 1500 meters from the house.

Stay longer than 7 days reduces the price by 10%.
