Vila Joe **** is a beautiful stone house with pool, offering quality accommodation in the peaceful and green surroundings of the village Močići in Čilipi, Konavle municipality. The house is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the Dubrovnik Riviera, ideal for a comfortable and luxurious holiday without tension and rush. The house is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Konavle, with a panoramic sea view and a garden facing south. The house is on three floors, with a total of 300 m2 of living space, 3 terraces and a garden of 800 m2.
The accommodation is ideal for family vacations in Chili, summer holidays for a group of up to 12 persons as well as for active and recreational vacationers.

On the first floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen (well equipped), wine cellar, an entertainment room with billiards and darts, bathroom and large covered terrace with beautiful panoramic views. On the second and third floor there are bedrooms, each room with its own bathroom.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with a double bed, and on the third floor there are two master bedrooms. There are also two baby cribs available for use.
All bedrooms and the living room have a flat-screen TV and the house is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection. All windows are with thermal glass with mosquito nets.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious garden of 800m2 where they can enjoy and relax by the pool of 45m2, with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor shower, summer kitchen with grill, covered terrace with table and chairs for 12 persons, children's playground, use bicycles, and a 60m2 house with Jacuzzi for 4 persons, sauna and toilet.
The parking space is provided for 3 cars.

After Cavtat, Cilipi are the largest settlement in the area called Konavle. There is also beautiful village Molunat which is one of the southernmost places of Croatia, near the border with
Montenegro. Villa Joe is located 18 kilometers from Dubrovnik and only 5 kilometers from Cavtat.
For those who want to explore the rich coast there are several diving clubs in Cavtat. Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails length of 10 kilometers or more. Through entire area are hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the untouched nature, but also to get to the unique beaches Konavle rocks. 5 km away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic beach "Pasjača"; whose beauty and purity of the sea are breathtaking. In the nearby village is recreational trail ride, ATV safari and adrenalin park. In hole area there are several good restaurants and caffes.
