The house is 150m away from the beach, restaurants and shops, and the city center is about 900m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Crikvenica, romantic holidays for couples, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in three apartments with capacity of beds for two to three persons.
Each apartment has a separate entrance, a terrace with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom (toilet / shower). Apartments have air condition, satellite TV, internet.. Guests have on use a large terrace in the yard of the house and barbecue facilities. Public parking free of charge is located near the house.
