Apartments Prkacin offer accommodation with favorable prices in Dubrovnik, near the sandy / pebbly beach of Hotel Bellevue (800 m.) and sandy beaches of Lapad Bay. The apartments are located in a family house with its own parking space. The house is situated on a small hill, offering stunning sea views from each apartment. The house is about 800m away from the first beach and 1km from the center of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Accommodation is suitable for family holidays in Dubrovnik or a romantic vacation for couples.

Accommodation is offered in two studio apartments with a capacity of beds for two to four persons. The apartments have fully equipped kitchen, double bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a terrace or balcony. Apartment ID1 have a beautiful sea view, while the studio apartment ID2 has a view of nature and the surroundings.
Apartment ID1 has a double bed and a single bed with the possibility of an extra bed, and apartment ID2 have a double bed without possibility for extra bed.
Both apartments have air condition, satellite TV, Internet, washing machine ..
Parking is provided on a private parking lot next to the house.
Nearby the apartments, there are grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria .. The first beach is 800 meters away and the city center and all major tourist facilities are 1000 m from the house.
