Apartments Martin offer accommodation along the seashore, in apartments located 7 m from the beach in the quiet resort Šparadići, situated between Šibenik and Primošten. The apartments are located in an apartment house with a large garden, direct access to the sea and a semi-private beach with deck chairs, umbrellas and WiFi on the beach free of charge for the apartments guests.
Accommodation is ideal for family vacation in Sparadici, summer holidays for a larger group as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacation.

Accommodation is offered in 3 apartments with a capacity for 4-5 persons. Total capacity of the house is 14 persons. For a group of up to 14 persons there is the possibility of renting the entire house.
Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, two double bedrooms, a private terrace and separate entrances. Two apartments have an extra bed.
Apartment located on the ground floor has a garden of 50 m2, and the top two apartments have terraces of 18 m2 with a beautiful view of the sea.
The owners do not live in the house.

All apartments have: Air-conditioning, satellite TV, WI-FI internet (Wi-Fi signal also on the beach), free beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach, free of charge private parking; Possibility of mooring for two small boats.
Guests can also use a large common terrace of 70 m2, with deck chairs, a barbecue and two garden tables in the shade of the fig tree and grapevine.

Šparadići is a small tourist destination located on a half way between Šibenik and Primošten. Sparadici is surrounded by beautiful beaches and numerous secluded coves, and there for are visited by many tourists. The entire area is covered with pine trees that partly extend al the way to the shore, providing with thick shade even during the hottest summer days
Sparadici is a great starting point for many excursions, located near two national parks, and the cities of Primosten (10 km)  and Sibenik (15 km) offer plenty of entertainment and events throughout the season.
