Rural Holiday Home Barac offers quality accommodation near the town of Crikvenica in little town Grižane (Barci). Holiday House Barac is a fully renovated old stone house dating back to 1902 and furnished in a rustic style with a sense of detail, which with its Mediterranean charm wins you over in an instant. As soon as you step into the beautiful garden, lovely benches and stone barbecue in the shade of vines suggest relaxing break from the stress of everyday life.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Grizane, holidays for smaller group, as well as for those who love recreational and rural vacations.

The accommodation capacity of the house is for 5-6 persons, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, while the second floor has a second bedroom, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with a wonderful view of the Barci village and the surroundings.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (in both bedrooms), has heating, Sat TV, Internet, washing machine ..

Guests have at their disposal a large, nicely decorated garden full of greenery and flowers, and under the shade of vines there is a garden sitting set and a stone barbecue. The parking space is provided behind the house on the owner's parcel.
In just ten minutes drive you reach Crikvenica and its beautiful beaches for all ages with numerous recreational activities.

Grižane are located in a rich water area with fertile soils, so the population is mainly engaged in agriculture, livestock breeding and vineyards. Over Grižane are dominated by steep cliffs, "griže", according to which the place was named. This area was inhabited since the Bronze Age and Iron Age.
The old town was damaged in 1323 when Vinodol suffered a severe earthquake. In the 15th century, round towers were rebuilt, today are visible only the remains of once famous castles.
In Grižane accommodation is offered in stone houses decorated in authentic seaside style. In May, here you can try famous "griške črišnje" (Grizane cherries), and for Martinje (the feast of St. Martin) try the local sweet vine "žlahtina".
