This spacious 120m2 villa offers accommodation in a two-room apartment for 6-8 persons and in 2 studio apartments, each with a capacity of up to 4 persons. The villa can be fully rented, with a total capacity of up to 16 persons.
Apartment ID1, consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and large terrace overlooking the pool, garden and the sea ..
Studio apartments ID2 and ID3 have a mini kitchen with a table and chairs and two double beds in one room, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace overlooking the sea, swimming pool and garden.
All accommodation units have air conditioning Sat TV, Internet ... the use of which is included in the price.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious garden of 1200m2 with several terraces equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas and a barbecue facility. In the central part of the garden is a large, heated pool with deck chairs.
The parking space is provided in the yard behind the house. Possibility to use boat mooring.

Additional services: possibility of catering services, rent of 6m boats with outboard engine Yamaha 8 hp, mountain bikes, and transport to and from the airport.
