The house is situated second row from the sea, 100m from the sandy beach, and only 500 meters from the center of the place and the popular beach Rajska Plaza (Paradise Beach).
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Lopar, summer holiday for larger group, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

Apartment Valeria, is a spacious and comfortable apartment of 110m2, it is located on the high ground floor of the house and with capacity for 6-8 persons.
The apartment is consists of a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and large, covered terrace with table and chairs. Two of tree bedrooms, have one double bed and one single bed.
