Walnut House is a rustic traditional stone house with swimming pool, surrounded by rolling hills. House lies on the little hamlet of Ruzici near Nedešćina, which consists of only 5 houses. The house is surrounded by large beautiful garden that extends from the house to the surrounding vineyards.

The accommodation capacity of house is 4+1 beds; At the ground floor there is a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and stove..).
Centrally placed stone fireplace is there to warm the house during the cold spring and autumn evenings.
The living room is spacious, furnished with comfortable sofa.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to a spacious double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom, both with nice views of the fields.
Romantic bathroom with shower / toilet and a washing machine is located between the two bedrooms.

If you're a fan of sea, the nearest beach and accompanying activities can be found in the tourist resort Rabac, only 10-minute drive away. Visit certainly the old town of Labin, who will delight you with its cultural heritage and appearance.
From Ruzici you can easily go to well known Istrian towns, such as Motovun, Pula, Rovinj or Porec.
Nedešćina is a small village and the center of municipality Sveta Nedelja. Sveta Nedelja is consists of 21 settlements situated in the eastern part of Istria. The whole territory is nested on the plateau 300 meters above the sea level between the canyon of the Raša river, the fertile Čepićko field and the sea which is 10km away. Sveta Nedelja is interspersed with numerous walking trails and a developed network of bike paths and bicycle-friendly roads that will allow you to explore its mild nature.
Park Nedescina is a 2 ha large park area designed in the 19th century around the old castle in Nedešćina was declared a monument of park architecture in 1974 due to its significant horticulture.
