Apartments are located in a newly built house (2016 year) which is located in a quiet street with low traffic. From the first beach the house is about 250m away, and from the center of Nerezine and the most important tourist facilities, the house is about 130m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Losinj, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

The accommodation is offered in 3 newly decorated and modernly equipped apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 4-6 and 2-4 persons.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room, two bedrooms (ID1 and ID2 apartments), or one bedroom (apartment ID3), bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with garden furniture and partial sea view.
Apartments have air condition, satellite TV, WiFi Internet .. Parking place is provided on the parking lot by the house.

Guests have on use a spacious terrace with pool and deck chairs, and a covered terrace and barbecue facilities.
At the the host, you can rent a Sea doo jet for one day or for a whole week.

Nerezine is a tourist resort on the island of Losinj, with just over 350 inhabitants, and the first place we are visiting on the island of Losinj, located to the left of the main road, at the foot of Mount Osoršćica.

Sv. Jakov is a small fishing village and the smallest village on the island, it is located above the sea, in the northern part of the island of Losinj. It is about 2 km from Nerezina and about 15 kilometers from Mali Lošinj. Around the village are olive groves, and the coast has sandy coves where it is pleasant to swim.
