The apartments are situated in a family house located in a quiet part of town, in village Prisika. The house is situated on a hill, offering a beautiful view of the sea, the islet San Marino, the island of Krk, Velebit and Senj.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Novi Vinodolski, summer holidays for larger groups as well as for enthusiasts of active holidays.

Accommodation is offered in 5 apartments of different size and capacity for two to nine persons.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, one or more bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and balcony or terrace overlooking the sea. The living room of each apartment has a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one or two persons.
Studio apartment consists of a kitchen dining table for two persons, double bed, bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea.
The apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet ..
Guests can use the nice garden behind the house with barbecue. Parking is provided on a private parking lot in front of the house or in the garage.

Supplements and reservations:
- Surcharge for use of the air conditioner is 5 € per day
- Reservation is considered confirmed after payment of 15% of the total amount at the account of the landlord. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival.
