Apartments Materada Donato 11 offer quality accommodation only 50m from the beach in Mali Maj, tourist resort located 1km from the center of Porec. The apartments are located in a family house which is situated in a quiet street, in the vicinity of all important tourist facilities.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Porec, summer holidays for larger group, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in two apartments with a capacity of beds for 4 and 4-5 persons.
Apartment ID1 is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and terrace with table and chairs.
Apartment ID2 is located on the first floor of the house and consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet with shower cabin) and terrace with table and chairs. The living room has a sofa, which can serve as an extra bed for one person.

Both apartments have air condition, St Tv, Internet, washing machine, dishwasher ..
Guests have free of use a barbecue facilities and a garden sitting set. Parking place is provided.

Mali Maj is a picturesque tourist resort located in the northern part of Poreč, only 1 km from the center of Porec. In the resort there are shops, restaurants, beautiful 3-4 km long natural beach and crystal clear sea. Along the beach there is an illuminated walkway leading to the very center of Poreč.
Nearby are Aquapark "ISTRALANDIA" and Aquapark PINIA.
