The accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Poreč, summer holidays for a group of up to 8 persons as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and active vacation in Istria.

The apartment consists of a large living room with dining room, kitchen, and one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom (toilet / shower) on the ground floor; On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet.
Guests have on use 600m2 of grassy garden with barbecue and outdoor terrace. Parking place is provided.
