Villa Materada Donato offers accommodation in two apartments with a capacity of beds for 4 and 9 persons.
Apartment ID1 is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace of 30m2 with table and chairs.
Apartment ID2 occupies the first and second floor of the house. On the first floor of the apartment there are spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, one bedroom with a single bed, bathroom and terrace of 20m2 with sea view. On the second floor of the apartment are 4 bedrooms, each for two persons and two bathrooms.

Both apartments have air condition, St Tv, Internet, washing machine, dishwasher ..
Guests have access to a spacious grassy garden, a barbecue facilities and a garden sitting set. Parking place is provided in the closed yard of the house.

Mali Maj is a picturesque tourist resort located in the northern part of Poreč, only 1 km from the center of Porec. In the resort there are shops, restaurants, beautiful 3-4 km long natural beach and crystal clear sea. Along the beach there is an illuminated walkway leading to the very center of Poreč.
Nearby are Aquapark "ISTRALANDIA" and Aquapark PINIA.
