The house is only 20 meters away from the rocky beach located directly in front of the house and about 50 meters from the sandy beach in the Lovrečina bay. At about 2km from the house, there is another beautiful sandy beach, Dučac beach.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation on the island of Brac, summer holidays for smaller group, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and boating.

The accommodation capacity of the house is for 4 persons and consists of living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (toilet / shower) and 3 terraces with beautiful view of the sea and bay.
The house is made of stone, with excellent insulation which provides pleasant ambience and temperature in the house, even during the hottest summer days and nights.
Guests have at their disposal a terrace with barbecue facilities (fireplace), a terrace in front of the house with deck chairs and an outdoor shower, a boat mooring and a covered parking space. The yard is fenced and the parking space is inside the enclosed yard.

Cove Lovrečina is situated on the north coast of the island of Brač, between Postira and Pučišća. The bay is famous for its large sandy beach and valuable archaeological sites. In Lovrecica there are remains of the former Basilica of St. Lovro from the 5th and 6th centuries, and on the feast of St. Lovro on 10 August here come pilgrims from the surrounding villages. The bay can be reached from the sea as well as by the car.

Postira is a little Mediterranean town located on the northern side of the island Brac, 8 kilometers from Supetar, situated between the tourist resorts Splitska and Pučišća.
