The capacity of the apartment is 4 + 2 beds and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and two terraces, one of which with a view of the sea, Mali Losinj and the sunset, and the other with a view of Velebit Mountain , oak forest and morning dawn.
In the range of 100-200 meters from the apartment there are two beaches and a restaurant, the first grocery store is about 3 km from the apartment, while the other major-tourism facilities are located in Novalja which is approximately 8km from the house.

Potočnica is a small settlement with vacation rentals located in the northwestern part of the island Pag, between the popular tourist destinations of Novalja and Lun.
