Apartments Suzana offer accommodation with favorable prices 200m from the beach in Stivašnica bay, 500m from the center of Ražanj and 12 km southeast of Rogoznica. The apartments are located in a family house with a spacious and nicely landscaped garden. The house is situated in Stivašnica bay, a small cove with crystal clear sea and beautiful beach, about 500m away from the center of Razanj and all major tourist facilities.
The accommodation is suitable for a family holidays in Ražanj, a romantic vacation for couples as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and recreational vacations.

Accommodation is offered in 3 newly renovated and fully equipped studio apartments, each with a capacity of beds for 2 to 3 persons.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bar that separates the dining area from the sleeping area, which has a double bed and an extra bed for 1 person; a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a spacious, covered terrace with table and chairs.
Studio apartment ID1, is located on the ground floor of the house. This apartment has stone walls and an excellent insulation, so no air conditioning is needed even during the most warmer summer days. The apartment additionally has a summer kitchen and a spacious terrace in front of the apartment with large sunshade and deck chairs.
Studio apartments ID2 and ID3 are located on the first floor of the house, these two apartments have an air condition.

All apartments have TV, Internet, dishes and utensils for preparation and service of meals, toaster, microwave, coffee maker ..
Guests have on use a spacious, nicely decorated garden with the possibility of using an outdoor shower, a barbecue facilities, a covered terrace with table and chairs, and an additional terrace in a natural shade with a table and chairs.
The parking space is provided in the closed courtyard of the house.

Stivašnica bay is located 500m from the center of Ražanj. This is a small cove, with a small beach about 1000m long. The beach is a combined: pebble, rocky and a paved beach with crystal clear sea.
Ražanj is a small tourist destination located in a deep bay 12 km southeast of Rogoznica. Razanj at the beginning of the 20th century begins to evolve in tourism and today it includes parts of the settlement known as Ljoljinica, Mezaroca and Varoš, which together with the old part of Razanj, make up one whole.
In the resort, there is a wide variety of beaches available to tourists: the largest number of beaches are rocky with concrete terraces, and for families with children, because of the shallow sea the most popular is the pebble beach around the Cape Varoš. In the center of Razanj, there is a market, cafe bar, restaurant, info point and small market with seasonal fruit, vegetables and fresh fish.

In the vicinity of the cove for active vacationers there is a bicycle path, and in the neighboring Stivašnica bay there is a basketball court, a small football field, a bowling alley. From Ražanj during the summer months daily runs regular shipping line to Rogoznica which is only 2 km away by the sea, and offers numerous additional cultural and entertainment activities, including day trips to NP Krka and NP Kornati (there is a possibility of transfer to and from Razanj) as well as panoramic rides, taxi boat ride to Primošten, and upon request, there are also taxi boat rides to neighboring islands, islets and cliffs.
