The apartments are located in a family house which is situated in a quiet part of the place, which further provides the needed peace and relaxation. From the town center and all most important tourist facilities, the house is about 500m away.
Accommodation is ideal for family vacations in Tkon, summer holidays for larger groups, as well as for water sports enthusiasts and recreational vacations.

The accommodation is offered in 4 apartments located on the first floor of the house with the capacity of a beds for 4-6 and 2-4 persons, of which one is studio apartment for two persons.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room, one or two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and covered terrace overlooking the sea.

Tkon is a small tourist place and an old fishing village locate in the southern part of the island Pašman. In Tkon is a larger grocery store, post office, pharmacy, a restaurant with a large terrace, a few cafes and taverns. Above Tkon, on the hill Čokovac is the Benedictine Monastery St. Kuzme i Damjan from the 12 th century. Tkon is a place for a pleasant family holiday. Contributes to this are clear sea water, sandy beaches and pleasant climate.

On the north side of the island all beaches are sandy. From the place Ugrinić over Tkon on the south there are seven sandy bays.
FKK beach Sovinje which is located at the end of the road outside the place Tkon has a sandy beach, which is a natural phenomenon and it can be found at only a few localities of the Adriatic. It is a constant sedimentation of sand with rocks which makes it particularly beautiful.
Seabed rich in flora and fauna, is ideal for divers, sea waters so crystal clear because of currents that change their direction every 8 hours, and the summer wind breeze perfect for sailing and surfing.
