Holiday Home Flora offers accommodation with favorable price 35m from the sea and first beach, and 100m from the public beach in bay Pičena, 4km from Vela Luka on the island of Korčula. Holiday house Flora is a newly built, detached house that offers a "light" type of Robinson tourism.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacations in Vela Luka, summer holidays for groups of up to 8 persons, as well as for boaters and nature lovers.

The accommodation capacity of the house is for 4-6 persons and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, 3 bedrooms (180 cm x 200 cm beds, 160 cm x 200 cm and 2 extra beds), two bathrooms (toilet / shower) and a large, covered terrace of about 25 m2 with beautiful sea view and view on islet Ošjak.
House guests have on use a spacious yard around the house with an outdoor shower and a barbecue and some 300 m2 of garden with olive groves.
First beach is the beach in front of the house, at about 35m away. It is a pebble beach with concrete pier. Parking place is provided.
Public beach of bay Picena is about 100 m away.

Equipment of the house
The water is from the tank and is used with water pump, electricity is from solar panels - 220 V, gas stove, refrigerator 171 l + freezer 42 (electric 220 V), solar boiler, cell signal is normal ...
Electricity consumption is limited by the installed power of about 1.2 kW (water pump, refrigerator / freezer, lights and plugs for laptops and for mobile chargers).

Cove Pičena is a shallow and gravel bay, suitable for families with small children and not swimmers. The bay is located on the western side of the island of Korcula, 2.5km away from Vela Luka. In front of the bay is islet Ošljak. In the cove, there is a bridge where it is possible to moor a small boats. In the cove there are 7 private houses for rent, and on small restaurant located along the coast, where you can eat quality domestic food. All houses in cove Picena are Robinzoni type because there is no electricity in the cove.
The cove can be reached by boat and by car. The cave can be also reached by bicycle or walking via landscaped walking trails from two directions: 2.5km from Vela Luka and 14km from Poplata.
