Holiday home Marin offers comfortable accommodation for 6 to 9 persons, only 30 meters from the sea in Vinišće, a small tourist resort 20km away from the town of Trogir. The house is located in a quiet street, the first row to the sea and 50 meters from the first beach and 200m from the center of Vinisce and main tourist facilities.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Vinišće or summer holidays for a group of up to 9 persons.

The accommodation capacity of the house is 6 + 3 beds, it is consists of ground floor and top floor which are connected by external and internal staircase.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen (complete kit, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, kettle ...) with dining room with air conditioning, one double room, one single room and toilet with shower, .
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, a single room, a toilet with a shower and a living room with two couches (one triple bed for 2 persons, the other for 1 person), satellite TV and music line. On the first floor there is a terrace with a sitting area of ​​20 m which offers a fine view of the beach and bay.

The house has a fenced yard of 180 m 2, which also has a terrace with a sitting set, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Guests have on use, free of charge: two bicycles, one kayak and boat mooring.
The owners live at another address, so the house is entirely at guests' disposal.

Vinišće is a tourist village and harbor without the noise and crowds, located 20 km southwest of Trogir. The coastal area near the village provides opportunities for underwater fishing, and is distinguished by attractive inlets with sandy beaches.
Along with swimming and sunbathing, Vinisce offers many activities such as surfing, sport fishing and underwater fishing, as well as a boat excursions to nearby islands. Vinišće has ACI marina and is also a popular destination for yachtsmen.
